If I have to be honest saying that I am not really a fan of online shopping would be an understatement of the century.  I always have this thought that even though I have to admit that it is pretty cool to be able to have to do all my shopping online I believe that the risk of being scammed and played by “high-tech” thieves are not worth all these. But surprise, surprise, my thinking changed as soon as I consummated my first online transaction with Lazada Philippines.

I was in the middle of big project at the office during that time and my son out of the blue begged me to make his birthday cake this year (well, which happened to be pretty close) and then I found out that some of the appliances I need for baking were already broken. Every time I plan on stopping by the mall I was usually held up in the office for a meeting or quick document reviews. So I just thought why not give Lazada Philippines a try since I heard my friends talked about it. And from then on I have been hooked!

Well, you see the thing that I feared the most before about online shopping is that I wouldn’t get to see the product that I ordered because I will be scammed and my money will be taken. So you could imagine my relief the moment I learned that I am not bound to paying using my plastic but I can actually have the item delivered before I pay, in cash! I was ecstatic because finally I can put all my worries aside and just concentrate with everything else.

Because of the cash on delivery scheme of Lazada I already stopped wondering as to whether the company is legit or not since there is no way that a company who is not afraid of the kind of service they deliver can risk not taking the money first even before they move a muscle. After my experience with my first purchase, I knew that Lazada, the Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall, is the online shop to beat considering that they put a lot of thought, effort, and value in ensuring that their customers are happy and satisfied. For one, they offer great deals regularly (some items are far much cheaper than those sold somewhere else); secondly they have a 14-day return policy wherein you can readily send back the item that you think did not meet you requirement; thirdly, they have a 24/7 customer feedback section at the site which they monitor closely so that all concerns would be properly addressed. Finally, I have never encountered a website that is so put together and so user-friendly that any Tom, Dick and Harry can actually navigate their way through and order products.
