PRO-FRIENDS: Living large in my Bellefort Estates house

Ever since I was a kid, I dreamed of making something out of my life. I did not know what I wanted back then but what I knew was that I am going to be successful in whatever it is that I am going to do in life. Now fast forward to our contemporary times, I now have a nice paying job, two cars (one for the family and the other one is a hobby), a lovely wife and two kids. Having a lovely wife and two kids in itself is already a great thing, however, having a big house located in one of the prestigious housing developments in the Cavite area completed the full life that I have always dreamed of living. The property development I am talking about here is called the Bellefort Estates, a premier community development project owned and developed by the Property Company of Friends, Inc. this community development is a premier project by the company and is aimed at catering to the housing tastes and needs of the upper-middle to upper class markets. I found the details initially by checking on PRO-FRIENDS Facebook page.

Bellefort Estates is one of the first housing development projects to feature a linear park which is an open space at the back of each housing unit that can be used as an extra space for different types of outdoor activities like weekend barbecues, ballgames and other fun family activities. This is the main feature of the development that I really dig a lot because I wanted my kids to experience what I have experienced as a kid growing up in the province. I want them to have the opportunity to play freely outdoors and not just get restrained indoors watching T.V and being fixed in front of their computers. I like them to enjoy the outdoors just like how I did and play and connect with other kids in the neighborhood. Now on to the house that me and my wife bought in Bellefort Estates. It is called the Sabine house model with dimensions of 110 square meters for the lot area and 85 square meters for the floor area. There is a bigger option in the Vivienne house model that clocks in 110 square meters for the lot area and around 100 square meters for the floor area, it has 5 bedrooms. I could have gone for it but the thing is I thought that it is too large for my liking plus I it does not correlate to the number of children that I have. I wanted a big house but not too big. That was why I went with Sabine because it presents me with a happy medium. It is a very comfortable house that’s perfect for a family with two to three kids since there are 4 bedrooms in it. It also has a provision for two cars again perfect for the family car and my toy car. The house also features double roofing, concrete tiles on top and G.I sheet roofing underneath to act as insulation against heat. Living in this house makes me feel that I am living large and it only happens in Bellefort Estates.

PRO-FRIENDS: big house on a small budget

It is a natural desire for normal working rat racers (that is what I call people involved in the so-called rat race) to have on their name a big house. A big house is more comfortable, has bigger space of course giving the dweller more opportunity to be as creative as he wants to be when it comes to design and other aesthetic appurtenances. I myself also came from the same school of thought as to the size of the house that I want to live in. I grew up in a large house inside a vast farm land in the province which probably explains my fondness for enormous real estate. The only drawback that I need to surmount for me to acquire a huge property is of course my financial status. A big house will of course cost a lot more than what it would cost if one will go for a smaller abode. That is why I considered it serendipity when I accidentally hit a shared link on my Facebook wall which leads me to PRO-FRIENDS  this channel is the official YouTube channel of the Property Company of Friends, Inc. that features clips about the different community development projects of the company. That is how I found about Bellefort Estates. This estate is Profriends’ premier housing project on a vast tract of land that measures around 110 hectares and is the first and only housing development located in the Daang-Hari Molino area that boasts of a linear park on a mountainous topography that offers invigorating gusts of consistent fresh air. The location is in the outlying area of Cavite far-away from the main thoroughfare that makes living here a very soothing and relaxing experience on a day to day basis. I have a few thoughts about what I saw during my tour of the place and what I think in general about Bellefort Estates. 
Price point – I have been all over the internet searching for the house I want that is within the budget that I want to spend and I honestly have not seen any offer that could do better than what Bellefort Estates could do. I will cite the Vivienne house model as an example, the house model that I am interested in buying. It has a starting price of P5, 167,000, it measures in at 140 square meter in lot area and 110 square meters in floor area. Looking at these figures, this house could easily come in at a starting price of P10, 000, 0000. This property is worth the investment considering the prime quality of the location and the materials used in constructing the house.

Linear Park – this is the open space at the back of each house that can be used in any way the homeowner wants it. Given its open air setting, it is a good area for backyard family picnics, playing outdoor games with your kids or just hanging out to let go of the stress that has accumulated at work.

Clubhouse – there isn’t much I could say about the Bellefort Estates clubhouse except that everything about it speaks the word luxury. It has the usual swimming pool, basketball court and multi-purpose function room but what Profriends did was to bring the level up a notch higher.
This is definitely the house that I will spend my hard earned savings on and nothing else. This is a property that I would love to pass on to my family’s next generation.

PRO-FRIENDS: The Beautiful Bellefort Estates


Looking at the pictures of Bellefort Estates on PRO-FRIENDS FaceBook Page evokes day dreaming, sense of euphoria and well-being. One can imagine the bucolic countryside of the estate on a natural hilly terrain, smelling the fresh breeze and looking at the lush greenery that is so lovely. I have been searching for a house and lot subdivision development that is why I got on that Profriends Facebook page. I looked around and scrutinized the pictures of the different developments that the Property Company of Friends, Inc. currently have. I found out that they have several developments that cater to different tastes and individual preferences. They have Lancaster New City, Illustrata Residences (the first condominium development that Profriends offered) and The Bellefort Estates. The latter was the one that tickled my fancy because of its European inspired design and theme. But the Bellefort Estates characteristic that has drawn me the most was the size of the house models that they offer. The house feature bigger spaces and is good for home buyers whose preference leans toward larger spaces which is perfect for me because ever since I started dreaming of buying a house for my family, my inclination has been towards larger properties. Bellefort Estates came in at the right time because it offers the bigger sized properties that I really want at the price that I can truly afford. I set out on a tripping with a real estate agent from Profriends and here are my thoughts on the different aspects of the property.

House styles – the house models feature Italian-inspired designs and interiors. The common theme in terms of dimensions is that all of the houses measure 90 square meters upwards. The walls of the houses are made of pure concrete as opposed to the usual wooden materials used in other housing developments. I like the sliding windows on the as delivered unit as well as the concrete tile roofs which is a fresh idea on pre-made houses.

Linear park – all of the houses feature a linear park, the extra space at the back of each two-story house that can be converted to a playground, a backyard garden or an open space for small family gatherings. The default linear park which means the one that comes delivered with the unit features lush greeneries, trees, a gate and a fence to buff up security in the area. It is a throwback to those golden days of our childhood where we can still play at the back of the house without our parents worrying about us. The linear park aims to provide exactly that kind of vibe.

Security and safety – security and safety within the confines of a community has always been the concern of residents in any subdivision. That is why Bellefort Estates took the time and did not cut corners in this aspect. They provide security personnel doing patrols round the clock. There are three very posh looking gates that look like a major landmark which means that new visitors or friends visiting will never have a hard time looking for the estate.

Overall, it is a place that I will definitely go for. As of this time, I am just trying to iron out some details with my agent and after that… it will be hello Bellefort Estates.
