PRO-FRIENDS: Large houses at medium prices

When it comes to buying their dream house, a lot of people would always say that they prefer a bigger space as opposed to a small one granted that they have the required budget for it. I myself if I am to be asked what my preferred house size is, I would definitely say that big is it. Not really mansion-like big but I want something that is large enough that would allow me to put up a hobby room and park two to three cars on the garage. That was the kind of house I have been looking for in a while but could not really find it because of budget constraints. I am waiting for something to come along that will satisfy my need for a larger space and at the same time with a pricing that will not put me in a huge debt.  Anyway, if there is one thing useful about my almost daily ritual of reading news feeds on Facebook that is when I came upon a friend’s shared post about PRO-FRIENDS  . I never had any idea what Profriends was up to until that friend of mine shared the Profriends link above. I read through and since I am currently in the market looking to buy my ideal house, it did not take time before it led me to Google the main website. On the main website, I found a real estate development that the Property Company of Friends, Inc. is currently developing and selling in Cavite. That is the Bellefort Estates, a housing development that offers five house models that perfectly fits the description of the ideal house I have been looking for which is spacious and at the same time comes with a price tag that is not going to burn a hole through my pocket. It did not take very long and I was able to get in touch with a real estate agent who willingly took me on a tripping. They picked me up on a white van with the Profriends logo emblazoned on the sides. The drive to the property development took around 30 to 40 minutes which is more than what they promised on the website. It was fine though because I figured that the travel time they promised of course does not factor in uncontrollable parameters like traffic situation, actual travel speed of the vehicle etc.

The tour lasted almost the entire day. I was shown all the five house models and I find all of them really beautiful. I was interested in one house model though, the biggest one called Vivienne. It’s a two-story, five-bedroom, three toilet/bath and a three car garage house.  It also features a linear park at the back of each unit. It is an open air and spacious garden-like space that could be used for small family functions as well as a private playground for children to play. Another feature of the house that I particularly like is the kind of roofing that they used. They utilized concrete roof tiles with layers of G.I sheets underneath that acts as insulation against heat and has noise reduction capabilities when it is raining. I do not know how it is going to hold up yet but everything seems to be looking great so far. I am still weighing my options but I know that there is a huge probability that I am going to opt for this development.
