It’s amazing how information can be rapidly
shared nowadays. You can search for almost anything on the Internet. Long lost
friends, esoteric knowledge, weird stuff… you get the drift. You can also
search for your dream house. That’s what I found while rummaging through
YouTube for movies that I am going to watch during my staycation. I found PRO-FRIENDS , a YouTube
channel dedicated to all things Profriends. Profriends also known as Property
Company of Friends, Inc. is a real estate development company that is on a
mission to make the common Filipino’s dream of owning a house a stark reality.
To accomplish that mission of providing the dream homes of Filipino families, they
opted for property developments that feature quality, liveable houses at prices
that will not burn away most people’s life savings. Like what I have said, the
internet works a lot of wonders that it enabled me to conduct my first look at
my dream house just by watching videos. The videos also gave me an idea about
Profriend’s company culture, their vision and mission along with their core
values. I even saw a virtual tour wherein they showed footages of the drive
going to the property location. It gave me an “at a glance” idea of what I am
going to expect should I consider taking a look at the property personally. I
was interested specifically at the Bellefort Estates residences, a Profriends
subdivision development located in the Daang-Hari Molino area in Cavite that
features houses with a linear park at the back of each two-story house.
The
subdivision is an estate type of development hence the word estates on its name
which translates to it being a higher end project that targets consumers and
prospective home buyers that belongs to the upper income brackets. Although I
am no member of the upper income group, I was able to scrooge up enough cash
for me to be able to pay for my dream house in full. Besides, Profriends do not
impose strict income requirements as long as you go through all the proper
documentation for your loan approval. After watching all the videos and having
all of the information I need about Profriends (company background, track
records, forum comments, blogs etc.) I was ready to go on a tour of the
Bellefort Estates to see if what they promised on the website and on the videos
is going to be parallel with the actual features and amenities. I have the
following concise observations. I decided to skip the too technical aspects and
just narrow it down to the essentials.
Travel time – travel time from where I came
from which is Alabang was not that bad. It was actually fast, took me less than
30 minutes to get there inclusive of the traffic light stops and some delays
along the way. There was surprisingly no traffic on the Zapote Daang-Hari road.
I don’t know if there was something special on that day but I’ll say the
traffic situation was not that bad at all.
Amenities – the Bellefort Estates
development has all the standard amenities that one could find in similar upscale
developments. But the best feature I have seen so far is the linear park or the
family courtyard at the back of each house that can be used as a space for any
fun outdoor activities imaginable.
House models – Bellefort Estates currently
has 5 house models all of which are well-made with quality materials. The
commonality between all of the house models is the space. All of them feature
bigger spaces starting at 90 square meters and up. This is definitely for people who have the
penchant for bigger real estate.
I have not made any decision yet but once
everything is on lock, I am definitely going Bellefort Estates.
Hi. have you made up ur decision alredi?
