PRO-FRIENDS: The need to go big

We recently went on a tripping day to see a housing development located south of Manila. The piece of real estate development that we opted to see was the Bellefort Homes development located in Bacoor Cavite conveniently located in Molino IV in Bacoor Cavite that we could reach in around 30 minutes from our Buendia Condo. My wife has been rearing to go on a tripping ever since she saw a video on PRO-FRIENDS YouTube account showcasing the fine affordable housing developments that Profriends currently have. I have been hearing a lot of good things about the company from co-workers and friends who all bought a property from them. However, I was not paying that much attention until the time when my wife brought the topic up during a conversation about our plans for the immediate future. We are a recently married couple. It was just a year ago when we felt that we are meant to be together for a long time and we had to tie the knot to make that union legal in the eyes of god and man. After our wedding, unlike the typical couples that moves in to a house that they own, we were different because we moved in to my trusty old condominium unit that looks more like a college bachelor’s pad than a married couples love nest with all those band posters taped on the wall and parking signs I collected over the years strewn around the room. It was decent sized; it has 2 bedrooms and a bath. It was actually more than enough for two people. The thing is that there is not going to be just two people in the unit for long. My wife is three months pregnant with our first child. That is where the necessity of having a bigger house crept in and became an urgent matter that needs immediate attention. Sure thing, me, my wife and the baby can probably fit real good in my bachelor’s pad however our plans in the pipeline involves the prospect of having at least three children.

 Take note that I said at Least three, which means that there is a possibility of the numbers racking up to four or five depending on how I will be managing my financial future. Bottom line is that there is a need for a much bigger home to accommodate the big family that we are anticipating to come in the next five to seven years.

The main reason why we chose to see Bellefort Estates is because of what the company say on the home page describing that this particular housing development offers bigger, beautifully designed homes that can definitely cater to big families and couples who are looking to go big. Having said a lot of things about going big, during our tripping, we specifically requested to see the Vivienne house model at 140 sqm. Lot area by 110 sqm floor area which is the largest amongst the house models being offered in Bellefort Estates. It features 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets and bath and a 3 car garage. One main feature that we were really thrilled about was the Linear Park. This type of amenity was never seen before in other housing developments in the country and Profriends is the first to offer such a feature on their project. It is a family courtyard at the back that offers extra space for small family gatherings or simply a place where children can play safely. We are now in the final stages of the documentation process and we can’t wait to move in a year from now. I feel that we made an excellent choice. Great job Profriends!
