PRO-FREINDS: My new found home

I found my family’s new home on PRO-FRIENDS . Though not literally but I found the details on the Facebook page. It’s called the Vivienne house model located in one of the most beautiful affordable home developments in the Cavite Area; Bellefort Estates. I work outside of the country as an OFW, in the Middle East region to be exact so I did not have the opportunity to immediately check on the house. What I did was, I immediately contacted my wife through Facebook chat and showed her the link where I saw the house. I told her that I like it and it looks like something that we can afford so I asked her to get in touch with an agent to arrange for a tour so she could see it for herself. I instructed her to take video footages as well as pictures with as much detail as possible so I could gauge how good it really is. My wife also took some video footages of the travel going to the Bellefort Estates development to give me an idea about how roads look like. My wife documented it really well that it convinced me to make a reservation without checking it out myself first and I also want to take advantage of the promotion for reserving it right away. When I went home to have my annual vacation, visiting the property was the first thing on the top of my vacation to-do list. We live in Pasay City currently so driving to the location in Daang-Hari Molino area was not really that much of a problem. I drove via Molino Blvd and it took me less than 30 mins to get there. When I first got there, my thoughts were like I have really made a great investment on this one. The Property Company of Friends, Inc. describe the development as a premier development and having seen what the actual place looks like, I would say that Profriends was indeed very truthful when they said that it is a premier property development because it really is a premium property. 

 Now on to my impressions of the house, the house is a two-story, 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets and baths family home. It is a big house by standards. I wanted it that way because I have a big family and I want a considerable upgrade from the old bungalow that we are renting out as of the moment. The dimensions just to give an idea, is 140 sqm. Lot area and 110 sqm. Floor area. The house finishing features exterior walls with decorative stone accent that looks really elegant and classy, the sliding windows are aluminum framed that further accentuate the elegance of the house.  What captured me the most was the linear park on every block that looks like a very safe playground for kids and a gathering place for the family in a nature-like ambience. In a nutshell, this is a very tranquil community that allows homeowners to relax away from the busy life in the city. The best quality house that is worth anyone’s investment and life savings.
