A satisfying online store experience


If I am going to be asked to share the most satisfying online shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life, I am going to say with gusto and confidence that it is from lazada.com.ph that I felt truly satisfied and fulfilled. The company offers awesome deals in so many different online shopping categories like clothing, home appliances, toys, books, smart phones, tablets, computers, laptops, gaming consoles, novelty items, shoes, health supplements, skin care products, home improvement items, big appliances, small appliances and a lot of other things that you can normally find off the shelves of regular shopping malls at better prices of course.

One of the activities that I love doing in online shopping malls and in traditional malls is window shopping, in regular window shopping, there are a lot of things that you expend, like energy, money and effort unlike online window shopping, you exert minimal effort, energy and money, well maybe some for your electricity bill but it is not that much I think. I love online window shopping because it provides me some sort of gratification when I see new product availabilities and new stocks. The lazada website was created and designed in such a way that it is easily navigable and brows-able, now that is a new term that I coined so if you are planning to look that up in a dictionary then you probably will not find it and will be hard pressed for the definition.

Anyway, ease of use is the first thing that I noticed when I first landed on the website, I know that is a funny thing to say but that is how I felt when I first came into lazada, it was like coming to a new, fantastic and exciting place. Like what I have said, it is very easy to use and designed for people even those who never had any online browsing or online shopping experience previously. I felt exhilarated at the fact that I am able to find the information I want easily and quickly and that all of the questions that I initially had were answered by the articles on the FAQ page or link. The FAQ page by the way is a great place to find all of the basics about Lazada and how things work inside the website. It was so complete that I did not even have the need to call customer service and bother them with my basic newbie questions.

Delivery is the biggest Lazada turn on for me, I know again that term might sound a little bit intimate when describing a business but I can’t be blamed though because my excellent and satisfactory lazada online shopping experience made me utter those words as if I have a relationship with the company on a personal level. The delivery process is so fast and I think they have one of the fastest timeframes in the business with only two to three businesses to receive your items, worst case scenarios are five days but it rarely happens and five days is still a fast delivery turnaround time in my opinion.
