There is a new real estate development that
the Property Company of Friends, Inc. is brewing. It is being concocted right and
is going to be served soon to satisfy the discriminating real estate palates of
higher end consumers. I did not mean to sound like a foodie but I just could
not muster any other way to describe how good Bellefort Estates is. For
preliminaries and to have a quick taste of what you are going to see when you
come out for a tour, go see the company’s official YouTube channel first on http://www.youtube.com/user/profriendsweb
doing that initial viewing online will
save more than half of your time because you would know right away if it is the
right property for you or not. That is what I did and I bet you that I
absolutely love what I saw.
I fell in
love with it on the get go. I mean why not? It is like the same thing as
looking at a very beautiful member of the opposite sex (I am a guy so the
opposite sex for me is a female if that makes a lot of sense lol!) you can’t
help but fall head over heels in love. I liked what I saw online so I
definitely arranged for an actual tour of the property with my Profriends real
estate agent. By the way, Profriends agents are all nice, polite courteous and masters
of their craft by which I mean that they know what they are doing and they are
more than capable to answer even the most technical question that a prspective
home buyer like me might dish out.
Anyway, we came out there to have an
up-close and personal look at the houses and amenities that Bellefort has to
offer as well as to get a very good feel of the environment in general. I
purposefully did not bring a car for that tour and relied on the company van
bring us around. The reason for that was because I did not want my focus to be
divided between the act of driving and the act of observing and scrutinizing
the details of the development. I want to see how the roads look and feel like
and gauge the traffic situation as well. Speaking of traffic situation, I was
astounded that we never had any brush with very long traffic stops. The only
ones we had were the natural traffic light stops and of course giving way to
public utility vehicles. It was a very pleasant drive and I really like it
because I do not use public transportation a lot. The surrounding areas and the
roads leading to Bellefort Estates appears to be safe and I surmise that it is
the same situation even at night. The houses are all very elegant and features big
spaces perfect for a large family. The entire development is also covered with
lush greens and trees that give it a more countryside-like kind of feel. What I
love the most is the pricing. A big house here costs the same as a tiny condo
in the city. I am a very sensible man so I definitely would go for Bellefort
Estates.
