What are the beautiful things about
Bellefort Estates? Well practically everything, looking at the https://www.facebook.com/profriends.web
is enough to make one drool over the beautiful houses and amenities that this
stunning development has to offer. I have made a couple of trips to Bellefort
Estates (one was on my own initiative while the other one was to help a friend
look for a property)
Okay first look at Bellefort Estates, I thought
it was your average high end subdivision with all the big houses and the
grandiose looking village gate where we came in through. However I never
thought the price is going to be half of what a house buyer would pay if the
location is in one of those posh villages like Ayala Alabang or Bel-Air (I did
not have any idea on how much each unit costs as I just went through the
tripping out of impulse). The pricing starts at somewhere around P2.8 million
in which you will get 110 square meters of lot area and 65 square meters of
house area. That is a lot of real estate for a price of a studio type
condominium unit. Sounds like a very good investment right? It does not only
sound good but it is a really good investment. Okay I was talking about the
P2.8 million house earlier, so let’s take a closer look at what exactly that
house can offer. The specific name of the unit is Charlotte; it is a single
attached house, with three bedrooms, two toilets/bath, kitchen, living area,
dining area, provision for two car garage and a laundry and service area the
works. The Charlotte house model features the following finishes upon turnover:
*Painted exterior wall with Sandblasted
texture
*Painted interior wall with concrete texture
*Tiled toilet and bathroom
*Stainless sink and tiled kitchen counter
*Sliding windows all aluminium frame
*Wood plank stairs on concrete
*ceramic tiles on the ground floor
*PVC tiles for the second floor
*Concrete tile roofing system
*Concrete fence at the back separating the
linear park
Among the house features, the Concrete tile
roofing system is the feature that I like the best because it is not common to
see concrete roofing on top of houses here in the Philippines with most homes
having just the regular steel roofing system that does not do a lot in rain
vibration dampening. Also the concrete fence at the back as a point of
demarcation between the property line and the linear park makes for the utmost
privacy of the homeowner. Speaking of privacy, the village just like any other
high end type property development implements very stringent security measures.
On top of the security checkpoint for vehicles, they also implement the
standard frisking procedures for those individuals entering the subdivision
plus the development is equipped with CCTV monitoring system strategically
placed on different areas of the village. Now that is what I would call real
security and I would definitely want something like that for my family. Bellefort
Estates is definitely my top house pick.
