PROFRIENDS: Sundays are awesome in Bellefort

I love Sundays. I really do. Some people dread Sundays because it signifies the day before the first day of the work week but I don’t. I appreciate it a lot especially if a Sunday afternoon is going to be spent in a quaint countryside setting with the people that you want yourself always surrounded with like family and friends. That is my personality, I am a laid-back, relaxed kind of person who loves to hang out and chill when I am not working. That is why I got overly enthused after seeing some real estate video clips on http://www.youtube.com/user/profriendsweb . That page where I saw several clips showing off property development projects in the Cavite area was created by the Property Company of Friends, Inc. or known in the industry as simply Profriends. I must say that watching the promotional videos the first time has already sold me off on the idea of getting a house from this well-regarded and respected property development company. There were several community development projects being showcased on the videos, there is Lancaster New City, a community development in Cavite that is being promoted as a complete new city, complete to the point that it has an I.T park and a shopping mall within its enclaves. There is also a development called Carmona Estates that offers the standard amenities that you would find in a quality subdivision development. Then there is Bellefort Estates. 

Bellefort Estates has become my instant eye candy, the apple of my eye. If I am to cite a classic example of the old saying “first impressions last” then this is going to be it. My first look at Bellefort Estates on the video presentations made created an impression on me that this stunning community is a premier property offering from the number one real estate developer in the country. My first impressions about Bellefort will indeed last as I have seen how it actually looks like when I down there to take a look at it personally. It did not disappoint. In fact I think the videos presenting Bellefort Estates appears to be a little toned down and does not highlight the true beauty of the community. The videos are okay and well produced by I am just saying that the seeing Bellefort Estates through tangible means is way better than just looking at a video or a photo. Bellefort Estates looks more stunning, more vibrant and has more pizzazz. It is meant to be enjoyed by the homeowner on top of just living in it. Living in it is an understatement, the phrase that should be used is “living the life” when describing how and what life is in Bellefort Estates. The main theme or master plan of the community is centered on the idea of living life luxuriously and comfortably. Big is the name of the game when it comes to the house models being offered in the community. There is no house model here that goes lower than 100 sq.ft. in floor area. It is all about getting the space that you need and want. My Sundays are always going to be Sundays that I will look forward to during weekdays because I am moving in to my Vivienne house model with my family.
