Profriends: Loving every bit of the linear park

When I first saw the information about Bellefort Estates on their official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/profriends.web  I instantly fell in love with and became fond of the amenity called the linear park. It is the open space situated at the back of every housing unit in Bellefort Estates that provides homeowners and their families a very relaxing, bucolic, tranquil, serene and lush getaway. It is a perfect place for kids to play in, families to hold small get together barbecues in and for nature lovers like me who appreciates the simplicity of a simple refreshing walk. That is all happening at the Bellefort Estates linear park. Here are my thoughts and a very brief background about Bellefort Estates so that everyone is guided:
Location:
This is one of the premium attributes of Bellefort Estates. It is the main thing in this excellent property development. Bellefort Estates is strategically located in what is known as a “Golden triangle location” as the property development is linked to the main roads going to Cavite, Alabang and Laguna. The project is just three minutes away from the shopping mall, around 20 minutes away from Alabang and definitely accessible to first-rate schools, hospitals and banks. There are multitudes of ways to reach Bellefort Estates, three easy ways to be exact. The first one is by taking Aguinaldo highway through Molino Boulevard, second is via Salitran Road. The last route and the easiest among the three easy ways are via Daang Hari Road coming off the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). These three major routes allows for easier and more convenient travel for people visiting the subdivision development. I only have personally tried one of the three routes which is the Aguinaldo Highway through Molino Boulevard route because I am coming from the Paranaque area (I am not living yet in Bellefort as I am still waiting for the turnover), the travel time took me around 45 minutes which includes the traffic that I tackled starting from the west service road in the Bicutan area which is a normal traffic situation by the way depending on what hours of the day you are traversing and should not be taken against Bellefort.

The house models:
There are two types of houses to choose from in Bellefort Estates. There are two-story and three-story housing options depending on your appetite for space. One thing I noticed about Bellfort houses is that they are putting a premium on larger living spaces here. The three-story French-inspired homes are townhouse type construction that offers four bedrooms and additional house features like the family room and utility or the house help room. The other house models, the two-story ones are single detached type of construction and offers three to  five bedrooms arrangement with plenty of space that can be used as a garden ideal for family outdoor games and activities, yard or perhaps converted into a hobby shed.
