ProFriends: Some thoughts on Bellefort Estates

So we had a house reserved for us in Bellefort Estates that we are currently paying the down payment on a monthly basis. All of the information was initially found on https://www.facebook.com/profriends.web . When I said we, I meant me and my siblings are paying for the house. It is a gift to our parents. We decided that a collaborative effort is necessary to make this dream happen immediately. We wanted our parents to still enjoy living in a classy house while they are still young and their senses are still receptive to appreciating the fulfilment of living inside a comfortable and relaxing milieu.

By the way, the house model that we collectively decided to get is the Vivienne model which is the biggest unit as the dimensions literally suggest. We wanted the best for our parents so we didn’t hold back on anything. We swung for the fence; hit the home run on it so to speak. I personally did not want it to come off as some half-assed decision because I believe that if we were going to do something, we might as well do it with flair, go big time, go large, no-holds-barred. Aim for the moon or better yet aim for the sun. That was my attitude when we were trying to determine which house model is which. I am going to put some numbers on that one, just so you got an accurate idea of what the house is like in terms of size. The house area is 110 square meters and the lot area is 140 square meters. It features 5 bedrooms, 3 toilet and bath, living and dining area, a kitchen, provision for a two-car garage and a laundry and service area. It is the real deal. It pretty much got everything that a large family needs. 

The property also features the linear park, a fresh concept that only the Property Company of Friends, Inc. have pioneered in the country. It is a wide open space situated in the back of each house unit that provides a respite for homeowners from the  hustle and bustle of the city and the daily stress of city living. It is like a personal mini park for the families that features lush greenery, fresh air and an overall feeling of oneness with nature. I like the idea that we as a family can just bond anytime at the back of the house without the trouble of planning like how we do it when we plan a weekend getaway like say in Tagaytay or a private resort in Laguna. With the linear park, all we got to figure out is what we are going to eat. It is also a very safe place for children to play in that parents no longer need to worry about their children going someplace else just to play with other kids. The location is also very accessible and is near a shopping mall, church and other major business establishments. Since I live in the Alabang-Muntinlupa area, I find it comforting that it is only like some 20 minute drive away which means that it is going to be easy for me to visit my parents once they have moved in. So far it is a great choice and we’ll see what happens.
