Ample home space is a much sought-after
quality in a house. I mean who wants to get crammed up inside a glorified shoe

House units – the house models offered by
Profriends in Bellefort Estates all have one thing in common: they are all
generous when it comes to size. Once I decide on whether it is practical for my
family to move to a new home, I would personally get the Vivienne house model
which is the biggest among the five house models that Profriends is offering in
the development. It has a 140 square meter lot area and 110 square meter floor
area big enough for a family of 4 to 5 children. It comes with a provision for
2 cars as well as ample space for people with green thumbs to grow their garden
on. The house designs are all well-thought out not just on the Vivienne but for
the other home models as well. The delivered unit come pre-painted on the
exterior in unique colors that look classy and functional. The look and feel of
the house speaks for the quality of the material used. I have been to a lot of
real estate tours and I could say that the material used on the house models
are all first-rate construction materials. Nothing was definitely overlooked in
Profriend’s selection process.
Location and travel time – I give Bellefort
Estates an A-plus on the travel time meter because of the quick drive we had
coming from Alabang. It is definitely very accessible whether you are working
in Makati or Alabang area. Of course it depends on where you are coming from
but if it is just from the areas mentioned above travel time takes less than
30-40 minutes tops.
Master plan – This subdivision development
is intended to look like a prime real estate development that could rival higher
end developments. It is strategically perched on higher ground as to ensure
that residents enjoy a flood-free community.
Pricing – This is a good buy for the price that
they are asking. The price starts at 2.6M up. Take for example the Vivienne
house model at 140 square meters by 110 square meters, this size might easily
cost somewhere in the neighborhood of 10M to 15M in other upscale residences. Another
good thing is that the value of your property is bound to appreciate, it would
not be a matter of years until the value doubles the amount in which you got it
for.
Conclusively, this is a good investment
