channel l lately to see video tours and features on the different kinds of developments
that Profriends offer, I want to highlight the new development that they call
Bellefort Estates. This is perhaps the company’s best project offering to date
when it comes to size, grandeur, prestige and quality. Looking at the sizes of
the house, the premium materials used and the amenities that the development
offers, it is inevitable to think that this is intended for the affluent,
well-heeled market. Well it might cater to the affluent market since prices
starts at P2.8M up. But at that price, considering the scale at which the
houses and the amenities were made, the poshness of the entire development,
it’s quite a pretty good deal. The price is a steal actually. Looking at it is exhilarating;
it evokes feelings of tranquillity, calm and relaxation. It’s like being at
your favorite weekend getaway. This real estate development project is for
those people who want a taste of living in the countryside while having a good
access to the city. I want to drop in some quick details about the house
models. There are currently 5 big house models. I describe the units as big as
there are no unit that goes down below the 50 square meter mark. The names of
the house models are Celeste, Beatrice, Charlotte, Sabine and Vivienne. They
have the French inspired names you might notice, that is to be consistent with
the equally French inspired subdivision name Bellefort which literally means
“beautiful refuge” and it is indeed a very beautiful refuge. Now on to the fast
facts;
Vivienne house model – this is a single
detached unit with 5 bedrooms and 3 toilet and baths. The dimensions are 110
square meter floor area and 140 square meter minimum lot area. This is the
largest on the repertoire and is my personal choice if I am to be asked. The
price for this one starts at P5,197,000 which is a really good deal considering
the size of the house.
Sabine – this is one is another single
attached unit that comes with 4 bedrooms and 3 toilet and baths with the
dimensions coming in at 85 square meter floor area and 110 square meter lot
area. If you like more yard space then this is the ideal unit to get as it
offers more on that part. The price starts at P3, 689,000
Charlotte – this is another single attached
unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilet and baths with the dimensions clocking in at
65 square meter floor area and 110 square meter lot area. The selling price starts at P2, 750,000. This
is a perfect unit for small families.
Celeste – this is a townhouse model with 5
bedrooms 3 toilet and bath as well as 2 carports with a floor area of 120
square meters and lot area of 80 square meters. The price starts at P3, 524,000.
Beatrice – this is another townhouse with 4
bedrooms 3 toilet and baths and 1 carport. The dimensions 90 square meters
floor area and 60 square meters lot area. The smallest among the house models perfect
for families that wants a compact home.
The housing units feature great quality
materials as expected but the main thing about the development is the linear
park which is an open space at the back of each house intended to be used for
anything that the homeowner wants to do outdoors like picnics, barbecues or a
fun afternoon with the kids. This is a highly recommended investment and will definitely
appreciate in value as the years go by.
