Profriends: There is more to like in Bellefort Estates

After watching the videos off of Profriends’ http://www.youtube.com/user/profriendsweb channel I came to a conclusion that Bellefort Estates is the best development that The Property Company of Friends, Inc. has unleashed on to the market. It has both elegance and size all bunched up in one burrito wrap. Pardon me for the allusion; I am just stoked on using food as an analogy. I just coined that one up and I hope that it gets the message driven right across. We’ll take a closer look of what Bellefort Estates has to offer:

The idea behind the development: 

Bellefort Estates is a master planned community development in a very tranquil, idyllic and picturesque setting that evokes unrestrained feelings of deep euphoria and sublime felicity that is almost close to nirvana. The property development project offers enormous divisions of land with the smallest lot pegged at 110 square meters. On top of the size of the house and lot units, the subdivision also offers a linear park or the family enclave at the back of each house that translates to your closest neighbour being around 8 meters to 10 meters away from your place which makes for more privacy which is perfect for the not too sociable types of folks like me (laughing out loud on that one that I did not even bother to just type in lol! I was hoping for the maximum effect that’s why). We’ll drop in more information on the linear park later on because that is one of the main features that I really appreciate in this property development project.

As of Profriends’ last update, a brand new phase has been added to the already excellent mix of subdivision phases. The recent addition is called The Enclaves at Bellefort Estates. Staying true to the tradition of hugeness, bigness and overall proclivity towards the gargantuan, the Enclaves at Bellefort will also offer three and four bedroom townhouse style units. The number of bedrooms stated does not take into consideration the other rooms featured inside the house units that includes the maid’s room and family room (although I do not know whether there is a line of demarcation between what a family room is and a living room). The townhouses are offered in 0 square meter and 120 square meter sizes. This new phase offers another unique amenity, enclaves hence the name The Enclaves. An enclave is similar in concept to the linear park, a well-manicured and landscaped open space right at the center of each knot of houses. 

What I like the most is the quality of construction put into these new townhouses. The company used the construction technique called the cast-in-place system. This construction methodology makes the house walls more crack resistant. 

Going back to the linear park, this is one of the most unique features of Bellefort Estates, an open space of at the back of each unit that can be used for whatever purpose that the owner wants to and is great for outdoor activities as well. Profriends is proud to have pioneered this amenity in their developments. 

There is truly more to like in Bellefort Estates and it is counting.
