House
space is like beauty, it is in the eyes of the beholder but house space in
Bellefort Estates regardless of one’s personal definition of bigness is
abundant and well-distributed. If you have been looking for a property
development project that could offer you the space that you desire and need at
a price that is not going to make you shriek like a banshee then Bellefort
Estates is probably worth checking out. In fact, it probably is the best option
out there. A big living space is a dream most working men aspires to, it is a
very visible symbol and indication of success. Having a large domicile with all
the accoutrements in a well-developed area demonstrates how a man has conquered
hurdles and has finally arrived. It is the culmination of one’s work, the
trophy so to speak.
That is why, when my best buddies are asking for advice as
to what kind of real estate they should put their money into and the choices
being normally filtered down to two options being the house and lot and
condominium, I would always say with utmost confidence, conviction and
certainty that they should go for a large house and lot dwelling. Go big is
what I usually suggest to them. That does not mean that I am antagonistic towards
the condominium side of things, definitely not. I want a condo myself but I
will only get it once I got everything all set up and running. I will go for it
once everything is perfect in my dream house and lot. What I am saying, is condominiums
should come second on the investment list. It should come from your disposable
income. I am intending to buy a condominium just so I have a respite inside the
city. I look at it as some sort of an urban getaway. It is supposed to be a
funhouse that I could use for parties and stuff like that. But for now we will
stick with Bellefort Estates and what it can offer.
For starters one can sift through the
information in https://www.facebook.com/profriends.web
but if you would like to get the actual
feeling of what it really feels like to own a home in Bellefort Estates, you
should have a tour arranged with a real estate agent and have him show you
around the place to take a closer look at the amenities, the different house
options available plus you could also ask for the buying procedures, pricing,
the required documents and other miscellaneous questions that you need to be answered. That is what me and my wife did when we decided that Bellefort Estates appeared
to be a viable investment. We drove down there to meet up with the real estate
agent that we contacted from Profriends. We did not meet the agent in a
specific location because I want to feel how it is to drive going there so we
just told the person to wait for us at the location. It was quite a quick drive
from where we were coming from in Makati. It took us less than 45 minutes to
get there inclusive of the traffic light stops and the usual obstacles that you
would normally get while driving in Philippine traffic. I took notes of my
observations during the tour and I will share a brief account of the details
here. We are going to take a look at different factors like the location,
pricing, house model and the master plan concept.
House models – there are 5 house models
available in Bellefort Estates if my memory serves me right. They are all big
housing units with 2 out of 5 being townhouse units. I am no expert when it
comes to the technical aspects of construction but I have enough construction
material knowledge to be able to say that the houses are all made of top-of-the-class
construction materials with excellent finishing and craftsmanship.
Location and travel time – I am using
Makati as my reference point, it is quite a quick drive. We left at 8 in the
morning and arrived at the gates of Bellefort Estates before 9am.
Master plan – the community is beautifully
master planned and is designed to look like those posh villages that you
usually see in Alabang and Makati at a fraction of the price of course.
Pricing – The prices starts at P2.6M just
like how a small condo unit is priced. This is a good buy for everyone who
wants a bigger real estate but wants to be smart with their budget.
This is a pretty good buy overall. Perfect
for those who are on a budget but does not want to sacrifice prestige and
space.
